ADVGuide provides location-aware, geofenced audio tours designed to enhance your riding experience. Riding a motorcycle is inherently dangerous, and using any audio-based app while riding introduces additional risks. By using ADVGuide, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You are solely responsible for your safety and for operating your motorcycle in a lawful and attentive manner.
• ADVGuide is not a navigation system. Audio content is informational only and should not be relied upon for routing or decision-making.
• Environmental conditions may change without notice. Weather, road closures, hazards, and terrain may differ from the information presented in the app.
• GPS performance varies. Geofence triggers may not activate consistently due to terrain, device limitations, or signal conditions.
• You must obey all traffic, safety, and land-use laws. This includes hands-free requirements and restrictions on device interaction while riding.
• You must use your own judgment at all times. ADVGuide cannot evaluate your skill level, riding conditions, or route suitability.
• You assume all risks associated with riding and with the use of this app.
